Crossing the border Chile-Argentina by bus with the most beautiful Andes view
The most beautiful journey in a bus that we've ever had... Since Chile is a very narrow country the way to the border to Argentina isn't too far. BUT of course you have to cross the Andes. The road is lonely and dangerous - there have already been severe accidents - but you have the most beautiful view you could imagine. We didn't dare to close our eyes because we were afraid we would miss something. It's a whole different world only consisting of nature and silence. Die schönste Reise, die wir in einem Bus gehabt haben... Da Chile ein sehr schmales Land ist, ist der Weg zur argentinischen Grenze auch nicht weit. ABER natürlich muss man durch die Anden. Die Straße ist einsam und gefährlich - es gab schon viele schlimme Unfälle - aber man hat den schönsten Ausblick der Welt. Wir haben uns nicht getraut, die Augen zu schließen, aus Angst, etwas zu verpassen. Es ist eine komplett andere Welt, bestehend aus Natur und Ruhe. El viaje más lindo que hemos tenido en un bus en nuestras vidas... Como Chile es un país muy estrecho el camino hasta la frontera de Argentina no es largo. PERO va justo por los Andes. El camino es desierto y peligroso - ya habían algunos accidentes muy malos - pero tienes la vista más bonita que podrías imaginar. No queríamos cerrar los ojos por qué teníamos miedo de perder algo. Es un otro mundo consistiendo de natura y silencio.
